    Majestically set overloking the ocean with panoramic vistas of distant tropical jungles, beautiful beaches, city lights and Mexico's sparkling Pacific Gold coast and Bay of Banderas, magnificent sunsets across the glimmering water and watch the cruise ships in the distance, as they slowly come in early in the mornings, see the whales at play from the balcony, all this and more.

    We have air conditioning in all rooms, plus ceiling fans, The deck leads off the master suite and the living room. We have a gas B.B.Q. on the deck as well as a community B.B.Q. poolside.

    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are five golf courses in the area. The office staff will gladly help you with directions.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are two restaurants within a 2 mile walking distance or a 7 minute ride on the bus takes you to the heart of town. Bus runs every 10 minutes and taxis pass by all the time.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Distance to beach is only one minute,a few steps, as we are oceanfront and access the beach from our pool area. There is no dock or moorage or boats of any type.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 8.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
