• This villa is 25 minutes from Puerto Vallarta international airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Puerto Vallarta is becoming recognized as the premier golf destination in Mexico, and one of the top golf resorts in North America. There are a number of word class golf course near the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a ten minute drive away, where all the shopping and dining area.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The walk to the ocean or nearest lake is less than 10 minutes. The house is built into the Sierra Madre mountain range with an excellent view of Banderas Bay, Mismaloya Beach, and Los Arcos. The villa is directly above Mismaloya Beach where Night of the Iguana, and the jungle where Predator was filmed.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Instructions will be given to wire money to our account. 50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made 120 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made less than 120 days prior to the arrival date are refunded only if the villa is subsequently rented for the cancelled dates.
