The Los Muertos Beach area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, cigar stores, parks, bakeries. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. Shopping on the beach, suntanning, eating and drinking, parasailing, dancing, horseback riding, swimming, whale watching, dolphins leaping; all of these are available at this location south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta.
• Beach surface is fine sand. This unit is located 5 min by foot from the popular beach Playa Los Muertos, on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. Unit is within easy walking distance of the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival with the exception of reservations made for special holidays which require full payment to be received 60 days prior to arrival.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
