Payments and Policies
Payment Details
2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
