Master Bedroom
1 King Bed. Master bedroom with a king size bed. Floor-to-ceiling, movable windows separate the bedroom to the upstairs patio. There is also a large window providing a view to the famous Los Arcos islands just off the shore of Puerto Vallarta. Included is a TV/VCR and a stereo. A telescope is provided to further enjoy the breathtaking views. These views include dolphins and whales playing in one of the largest bays on the continent.

2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). Two double beds, 12 foot high ceiling, a large window opening to the interior patio, TV/DVD player, and private bath.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This large bedroom also has a TV and DVD player. It has a large walk in closet and super sized bathroom. The shower has twin water heads.

The "front" of the villa looks past your private infinity pool to the powdery sand beach to the incredible Baha de Banderas (the large bay of Puerto Vallarta). You look for miles upon miles. You relax on the outside patio and watch the sea wildlife frolic in the bay.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The city bus is available in front of Los Palmares. It is a short 12 to 15 minute drive into the town. You can also catch a taxi. There are several spas in the area. One at El Presidente (1 mile away) and another at Camino Real (1.5 miles away), just to name a few. You can also arrange for massages, facials, etc to come.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Sitting right on a protected, semi-private beach, this incredible villa awaits your arrival. The semi-private beach is protected with an off-shore artifical reef for a calm swimming area. If waves are your style, they are available on both sides of the building.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
