From the large 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! You can see downtown PV, the south shore mountains and the wide expanse of the bay. The balcony is a great place to watch the fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets.

More Information

Our Puerto Vallarta beach front condo rental is the perfect place for your vacation home. We are located withing the Sea River Tower which is part of the Holiday Inn complex. The balcony has ocean, mountain, and city views. We have a king-size bed in the bedroom. The 2-room bathroom has a new marble shower. The partial kitchen includes a 2 burner stove and everything for your cooking needs. Seating in the living room is very comfortable. One of the couches in the living room is custom designed to make into a comfortable queen sleeper. The maid cleans 2 times per week. From our 15th floor balcony the view is fantastic! Watch dolphins playing off shore, whales in season, fireworks from the pirate ship as well as the glorious nightly sunsets. The bus to town stops right in front of the Holiday Inn and is a short ride to downtown or you can catch a taxi. Or just spend the day at the beach or beside our heated pool while being served drinks and snacks with a 15% off discount.

Distances

• 5 min. drive to the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are a number of golf courses in the area. There is one close by in the marina. There are a number futher away on the north side of the bay.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are shops and restaurants within the Holiday Inn. It is just a 10 min. bus or taxi ride to the many terrific restaurants in Puerto Vallarta.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Just take the elevator downstairs and walk across the lobby and pool area and you are on the beach. Outstanding ocean view from the unit balcony. Parasailing and banana boating is avaiable on the beach. Sailboats and kayaks are available to rent.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
