1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom contains a pillow topped King Bed, armoire and sitting bench. Inside the armoire is a satellite connected color TV and
drawer storage. There is a walk-in closet for your clothes and luggage. The Master Bath has a sit down vanity, vessel sink and good lighting for makeup, an additional vessel sink and storage, and a glass enclosed shower/tub with both hand held and overhead faucets. The view out the window is the Terrace, Marina and high rise

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Entry to this Bedroom is through elegant double doors off the Entertainment Room. A beautiful floral sculpture in the entry niche
greets you as you enter. The room has a very comfortable King Bed, storage armoire, closet and seating. The Bathroom ensuite
has a full height mosaic tiled shower with glass door, vanity and well lit mirror.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This Bedroom is attractively decorated with Mexican art and furniture. A large traditional Mexican metal chair adds to the charm. A complete office, with a high speed internet connection allows you to connect your computer to stay in touch with your friends or the office. This room has a two line phone. One is for all your local calls the other allows you to call the US or Canada at no additional charge to you.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.

- Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Seven blocks to the beach where you will enjoy swimming, sunning, wonderful surfside dining, palapa bars, and every water sport imaginable.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Damage Deposit is due at the time of booking.

- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Housekeeping is provided every 4 days during a stay.
