A classic Mexican Hacienda located along a canal approximately a half mile from the fabulous beaches of Nuevo Vallarta and only 10 minutes from the PVR airport. In the classic Hacienda style, all the rooms in the villa are located around a central courtyard with a sparkling fountain. The villa includes its own private pier and sprawling grounds with a small grove of mature palm trees and looks across the canal to other villas with their yachts docked in front, as well as architectural details including vaulted ceilings and hand carved cantera stone preserved from historical villas.

    • Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The villa includes its own private pier and sprawling grounds. There is a dock directly attached to the Villa that can welcome a yacht up to 90 ft with direct access to Banderas Bay.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
