This 1 bedroom 1-1/2 bath condo is in the heart of the Zona Romantica, with all the fun of restaurants, shops and activities. Built in 2003, it is equipped with central AC and all the modern appliances you would expect in an American home, but full of Mexican ambiance. Enjoy the colorful interior and the spacious outdoor patio. Lovely heated pool and parking too!

Minimum age 24 unless families with children. Smoking not allowed on deck or interior. All guests must sign the building Rules & Regulations for tenants. We prefer to book our calendar so that there are no "gaps" of 1, 2 or 3 nights that cannot be rented, especially where there is plenty of advance.

Although there is no view, the colorful walls and whimsical art add a fun ambiance and the patio is spacious and bright. The interior amenities provide North American modern conveniences and the central Old Town location is convenient to everything.
More Information
Swimming pool and adjacent spa are heated and well-maintained. This gated community provides excellent security. The building is 4 blocks from the beach just south of Basillo Badillo. The walk is very easy, not up the steep hills or on the other side of the highway. There is filtered drinking water in the unit.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. This unit is not in the "Americanized" hotel zone and is best suited to the traveler who enjoys the culture of Old Town. The Los Muertos Beach area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, cigar stores, parks, and bakeries. A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk, yet the building is situated in a quiet area.
• Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Walk west a few blocks to reach Playa Los Muertos. Los Muertos Beach is the best swimming beach, and the local favorite. It's where the village of Puerto Vallarta began. Floating tubes are available to rent, there are various boating activities, and a fishing pier. Find a palapa or stretch out on the sand. With beachside restaurants and vendors you can practically live right on the beach- eat, read, swim, shop and watch all the activity!
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express
Cancellation policy: First night rent is non-refundable. From date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for the remainder. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit): Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of US$15/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
