Lovely gardens surround the condo. There's a sheer view through the palm fronds of the tennis courts from one patio. The patio off the dining room looks out onto the private yard area.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
