Before you leave you will have keys, maps, phone numbers, directions and all required nformation. Owner lives and works on the West Coast, and will be completely accessible.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
