    When you rent this condominium, you get to use all the facilities of the Holiday Inn, such as the large beach-side swimming pool, hot tubs, gym, steam room, three restaurants, tennis courts, private sun-tanning area, palapas, all for your enjoyment. In 2007 the kitchenette was completely re-done. Also new air conditioning and new 8 foot balcony door which open completely to blend the living room and balcony into one. We have re-done the bath also: Now, there is a separate shower, separate toilet, and a separate Powder room with 2 vanities. Four people can use the bathroom area at any one time.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
