The friendly, open kitchen includes a pass-through counter to the dining table or bar. Enjoy the convenience of condiments, spices and staples provided in the cupboards and refrigerator. The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and bright, with room-width glass doors opening completely to the large plant-filled deck with outdoor dining area. The effect is like a breezy outdoor room. On the east living room wall is a huge mirror that faces the beach and provides big ocean views inside the unit.
2 Single/Twin Beds. These 2 beds can be pushed together for 1 king if desired. King linens are available in the closet. The adjacent bathroom has a marble-tiled shower.
1 King Bed. This lovely master suite steps directly out onto the large view deck which extends past the living area. An additional window is set perfectly to provide views of the beach from the bed. The ensuite bathroom has a deep marble-tiled soaking tub and shower.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.
From east to west get a sweeping view of the town, jungle, beach, ocean and mountains surrounding Banderas Bay. The 5th floor location of this home is ideally situated to appreciate all the natural beauty. The living and dining area opens onto a large deck on the south side of this beachfront building, where you can see directly west to the white sand and palm trees of Los Muertos Beach. On the interior east wall near the deck, a huge west-facing mirror brings the beach view right into the living room. The master bedroom has a special window allowing beach views from the bed!
The rooftop deck overlooks the beach and provides panoramic views of the entire Banderas Bay and Sierra Madre mountains. Watching sunsets from the roof is a major event prized by the residents.
Amenities to enjoy in the unit: cable TV, VCR, CD/cassette player, air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephone, games, puzzles, books and videos. Large plant-filled deck with doors to the master bedroom and living area. A sink-mounted water filter in the kitchen provides tasty drinking water.
Building amenities: filtered water throughout the building, air-conditioning, elevator, reception desk and 24 hour security. The recently remodeled rooftop deck offers a large pool, shaded areas and lounge chairs plus a sun deck terrace.

• The airport (code: PVR) is at the north end of town, with taxi and bus transportation to the unit.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Golf courses are located to the north, easily accessible by bus or taxi. Some provide free transportation for tourists, from several departure points.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). This unit is not in the "Americanized" hotel zone and is best suited to the traveler who enjoys the culture of Old Town. The Los Muertos Beach area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, cigar stores, parks, bakeries, homes - and the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. If the guest wants a quiet retreat from life- this is not it. It is in Old Town, where there is the usual bustle of town life. Onsite is a palapa-roofed beach front restaurant which has been one of Puerto Vallarta's favorites for over thirty years.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Walk outside and you're on the sand! The beachfront location makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the pleasure of Los Muertos beach, the best beach in Puerto Vallarta--jet-skiing, para-sailing, swimming in the ocean or just sitting under a palapa in one of the plentiful beach chairs.
Los Muertos Beach is the best swimming beach, and the local favorite. It's where the village of Puerto Vallarta began. Floating tubes are available to rent, there are various boating activities, and a fishing pier. Find a palapa or stretch out on the sand. With beachside restaurants and vendors you can practically live right on the beach- eat, read, swim, shop and watch all the activity!
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express Cancellation policy:
Owner-direct portion paid at booking and First Night rent are non-refundable. From date of deposit to 60 days prior we can refund 90% of the fees for the remainder. At 60 days prior, only nights we are able to rebook are refundable, on the following scale, determined by the number of days left until your scheduled "in-date". Amount of the refund (Based on the total rebooked nights, less first night deposit):
Cancellation date 59-50 days- 80% | 49-40 days- 70% | 39-30 days- 60% | 29-15 days- 50% | 15-7 days-40% | 6-1 days 30% | No refunds on cancellations notified on the in-date or later. Refunds are sent after your scheduled dates.
