There is purified water throughout the building, so no need to buy bottled water - ever! The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with all the utensils/pots and pans a cook may need, as well as with salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, paper towels, coffee filters (for auto-timer coffee maker), cork screw, place mats, garbage bags, dish cloths and towels, etc., everything you will need for your vacation. The adjacent dining room has a solid wood table with glass top, and comfortable upholstered chairs. It can accommodate up to 6. The kitchen is an open format to the dining room and living room; great for entertaining.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This master bedroom has a three-drawer dresser, clothes cupboard with shelves and plenty of hangers, adjustable speed ceiling fan, night tables, lamps, an alarm clock, and a beautiful panoramic view over the town, the bay and the mountains (see our unit photos for partial snapshots of the view) . Pillows, sheets, blankets and new duvet supplied. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to the veranda have vertical blinds.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
To the north, you can see the entire north coast of the Bay of Banderas with its mountains and beach towns, as well as downtown Puerto Vallarta with its famous Church and nightly fireworks. Looking northwest is the Bay of Banderas with its sailboats, cruise ships and of course, its famous pirate ship, the Marigalante. To the east, the lush and beautiful Sierra Madre mountains. All this from either your living room, master bedroom, or private balcony.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
