Remote control air conditioning in all bedrooms. The villa has a state of the art water purification system providing drinkable water throughout the casa. Full staff---maid,cook, and gardener. Local management will provide for your every ancillary need (deep sea fishing, transportation, etc).

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 5 championship golf courses available in 30 to 60 minutes from villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Downtown is 10 minutes via taxi from villa.
• The villa is conveniently located 5 minutes from beach. Beach is approximately 5-10 minute walk from willa.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A security deposit of $700 is required. If you cancel, all payments are non-refundable.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
