• Limon Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. For international flights you will fly in to San Jose. You could use a charter to fly to Limon and take the bus to Puerto Viejo. Or rent a car or take the public bus from San Jose. Takes 4 to 5 hours.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Within 700 meters from the house you will find several restaurants and 2 grocery stores with all the basics you need. Puerto Viejo with lots of shopping and dining possibilities is about 15 minutes by bike.
• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) walk.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
