Every room in the house, with the exception of one of the bedrooms has a view of the water and you can see the Olympic Mountain range from the front of the house and from the sitting area on the large fenced deck.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
