Beautiful House Surrounded by Subtropical Gardens
Beautiful house surrounded by subtropical gardens in one of Punta del Este´s best neighborhoods, Just blocks from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. On the ground floor there is a dining-living area with fireplace and access to a large gallery, well equipped kitchen, family room with TV, 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and large master bedroom with fireplace. On the first floor there is a bedroom with balcony overlooking the garden with private bathroom. The large gallery facing the garden is connected with the BBQ area. There is a laundry area with washing machine, large subtropical garden and a very good sized private pool (5 x 10 meters).
