Special Conditions

Cleaning of the house and other daily services are done by live-in person who has separate quarters.
Electricity fee is required. This is about 30 dollars a day.
All linens and other daily needs are supplied by resort services.

Sometimes higher prices are applicable during Easter,Christmas, New Year and (local) holiday weekends. please inquire.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Go to a much busier and thriving Bavaro and enjoy the new mall with all the stores you want to see. Also 6 more restaurants.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock and boat lift. The dock is public. There is room for 20 boats. the coral is in front of the ocean so you have a beautiful small surf to enjoy. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Powerboat, Rentals Nearby, Row Boat, Sailboat and Windsurfer.
• Nearby Attractions: many tourist attractions within 30 minutes from the villa by car or shuttle buses that will pick you up from the villa

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
