The beach is the No. 1 attraction in the East Coast area, stretching an amazing 50 kilometers. Nearby is Manatee Park, a wildlife ecological/adventure site.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
