    $200.00 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance)If you cancel any time, payment(less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accept payments by, Personal check , Money orders, Cashier Checks or direct bank deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
