Great view of the Ocean, with sunset point in seeing from all the rooms. Also beautiful view to San Antonio hill.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.

• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
