Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellation Policy Low Season, cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to check-in, otherwise deposits will not be refunded. High Season, December to February and Easter Week, there are no refunds.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
