This is a very simple basic house, 300 meters from the beach la Brava.
The kitchen is very basic with a new fridge/freezer gas oven and hob.
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Two single beds.
1 Double Pull Out (sleeps 2).
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and one basin.
The house is in a nice street with green lawns and trees. As the house is not first line there are no sea views, but the garden, trees and street are very open and pleasant.
Small basic 1 bedroom house for rent in a fantastic location within Punta del Este Uruguay. This is an excellent alternative to renting a one bedroom apartment, because you have your own private 650m2 garden with BBQ area.
The house is in a nice street just two minutes from the famous La brava beach and walking distance to the shops and restaurants and almost everything else people come to visit in Punta del Este, Uruguay.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The house is situated in calle Juana de America, the Brava parada 6. So it is very easy to access.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s).
Just 10 minutes walking from the house you have both the center of Punta del Este and the harbour area with all the shops and restaurants and also around 10 minutes to the Punta shopping center.
• Ocean is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. The house is just 300 meters from La Brava beach, but also just 10 minutes walk from the port of Punta del Este and the other beach La Mansa. See the map. 20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

We may be flexible on payment methods and deposits etc.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
