30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
