50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of U$ 5 per hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
