There is a gardener/housekeeper for help. His wife can do cleaning chores.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 10 years old stay free.
• Check in after 9:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
