Waterfront condo in PGI with over sized screened in lanai with fabulous view.
This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront condo located in the deeded rights community of Punta Gorda Isle. This unit is on the second floor. There are only 10 units in each of the two buildings. The pool is solar heated and never really crowded. The hot tub is next to the pool. The water views and sunsets are spectacular from the over sized screened lanai. There is a complete set of furniture and a bar on the lanai. Both the master bedroom and living room access the lanai. The famous Fisherman's Village is only 5 minutes away with its great selection of restaurants, shops, boats & water sports.

    The condo over looks a large canal that flows out to the Gulf. The view is to the southwest which is great for sunset. The lanai is 8ft x 25ft --- both the master bedroom and living room enter onto the lanai. From the lanai, you look down at the pool or look out at the great water view.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
