This 1,700 sq. ft. designer furnished villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The design of the Great Room is an open plan with an eat-in kitchen and a Florida room. The master retreat – with bay windows overlooking a small lake – has a spacious walk-in closet and luxurious master bath with a walk-in roman shower and his and her sinks. The 2nd bedroom also has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have double entry doors that exit into the spacious great room that dominates the floor plan. The large eat-in kitchen (with like new appliances)and Florida room are on either ends of the great room.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
