1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is spectacular. It has a gorgeous bed with a beautiful wooden frame and hanging drapes. The bed faces 2 large sliding glass doors, which, when open offer breathtaking views onto the the Four Seasons Golf Course lush green 2nd fairway
.
The Master room also has wall-mounted mirrors, a writing table, 2 bedside tables and an LCD flat screen television with English and Mexican channels. At the foot of the bed there is a "chaise lounge".
Past the glass sliding doors is a private terrace with tables, chairs, parasol and an area to hang a hammock, all overlooking the golf course.
Connected to the master bedroom is a private bathroom with double wash basins, a walk-in closet, 2 showers, a bubble bath and an exquisite outdoor private shower.
2 Double Beds (sleeps 4). The 2nd Bedroom has a large TV and sliding glass doors onto the main Terrace - also facing the fairway. The 2nd bedroom also has an ensuie bathroom, with a door and a beautiful curtain opening running alongside the bath tub. There is a double basin wash area, separate shower, separate bath and a toilet.
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The 3rd Bedroom is the smallest of the 3, and has a window facing onto the driveway. It also has a connecting bathroom, with a single stone wash basin, toilet and shower.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Villa faces the 2nd Fairway of the famous Jack Nicklaus Punta Mita Golf Course. The views from the Villa will be of the private villa pool and the lush green tropical golf course.

Punta Mita has a few small arts and crafts stall and shops. More arts and crafts markets and shops can be found in Bucerias - a short drive from Punta Mita. For a day out shopping Puerto Vallarta offers all the shopping needs one would need, from luxury high-end shops to traditional markets.
• Beach is located within a 3 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beaches of Punta Mita are stunning, and are quite all year round. Puerto Vallarta is only a short drive from Punta Mita and is a town and area full of activities, from exploring the local Mexican and indigenous culture, to zip-line canopy tours, to quad bike rentals and water & beach activities.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.
