1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2), 2 Single Lower Bunk Beds (sleeps 2) and 2 Single Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). We call this room our "casitas" It is 2 separate rooms. One is the bedroom with a queen bed,full bath and a 42" lcd tv. The other room has 4 bunk beds and a double futon and a 1/2 bath. Their is also a full kitchen with a eating bar w/bar stools. This room also has a 42" television w/ apple tv for movies! This room has a dramatic palapa ceiling as well!
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and two basins.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and two basins.

Indoor/outdoor living is the heart of Casa Todo Bien, the main living areas blend seamlessly with the outdoors separated only by walls of glass, which open to greet you to the outside living areas.
Endless activities are available within steps of your private Shangri-La, surfboards, boogie boards and kayaks are all provided for your enjoyment. Privileges at the nearby Jack Nicklaus designed Punta Mita Golf Course and Tennis Club. And, use of the exclusive Punta Mita Beach club.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 4 nice restaurants within the gates of Punta Mita and several right outside the gates in the small village of Anclote.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. We are on the nicest beach in Punta Mita. Very large user-friendly beach! We supply surfboards, kayaks, and boogie boards!
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Email Money Transfer

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
