Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Our unit has terrific ocean and coastline views with wonderful ocean breezes!
Fine dining is abundant within Punta Mita with the Four Seasons, St. Regis and a number of top quality restaurants within walking distance.
Room service is also available from Sufi restaurant located in the private Playa Fortuna Beach Club.
An abundance of activities can be arranged through your private concierge, who are there to insure all the details of your stay will be taken care of.
• Puerto Vallarta (pvr) Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Fabulous retsurant named Sufi is a 2 minute walk. They will even provide room service, if you prefer! They are within the Pota Fortuna development
• Ocean is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Not a user friendly beach to hang out, but you have access to an amazing private beach club near the 4 seasons with a full service food and beverage service. As nice as the 4 seasons, but a third of the price. Only available to owners and their guests!
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 2 nts) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
