Resort living at it's finest, our home is designed with all of the modern conveniences, and luxury in mind. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances including a 6 burner Viking stove and Subzero refrigerator/freezer, and outfitted with all of the kitchen accessories as well as state of the art water filtration system to make your stay more enjoyable. If you enjoy cooking then we have everything you need to cook a 4 course meal, or if you want to relax and not touch a pan, then we can make arrangements to hire a chef to prepare all of your meals with menu suggestions grocery shopping.

In keeping with the rest of our home all 3 King suites are beautifully appointed with Tommy Bahama's line of custom furniture, and professionally decorated with an island theme in mind. The master suite has a sitting area with a floor to ceiling picture widow that offers spectacular views of the ocean that is truly amazing to wake up to. The master bath has dual sinks with a Spa shower and 2-person whirlpool hot tub. The 2 additional guest king suites not only offer luxury with its spacious bathrooms and closets, you will enjoy the privacy and comfort that both of these lavish suites have to offer.

1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). Your kids will love our Bunk Beds with their own bathroom and shower, a full size dresser to store their clothes and plenty of room to relax after a long day at the beach.

We are blessed with amazing 180 degree panoramic ocean views without any obstructions blocking our view. Our villa is a corner unit on the second floor so there is not anyone to the south of us so we have a more expansive view than most because we are not boxed in by units on either side of us.
Let us do all of the work for you so you and your guest have more time at the beach, on the golf course, or enjoying the beautiful sunsets of Punta Mita.
Our professional concierge can arrange for advance grocery shopping prior to your arrival, appoint your own private chef, set up car rental service, make massage/ spa appointments in home or at the Hacienda de Mita beach club, set up a babysitter, arrange for airport pick up and drop off, make tee times, hire catering services, make restaurant reservations and arrange outings and tours that the area has to offer.
Our complimentary Concierge service is available 24 hrs a day and can help you with special request with a few days notice. For your added convenience, we have included unlimited free long distance calls to the US. and Canada at no charge.
In addition we do not charge our guest a resort fee, or a commission when staying with us, which is usually an additional 15% to 20% added to your total bill.

You will also find light grocery shopping, surf rentals, fishing outings, snorkeling, whale watching, deep sea diving, jeep tours, zip lining tours.

A popular nightly event is the "Champagne Sunset" at the St. Regis beach club where you will take some of the most breathtaking sunsets in the world. The Residents beach club is another favorite of our guest where they enjoy the beautiful sunsets as well a great meal after spending the day relaxing with a great book, napping in the warm sun, or getting a massage in one of the private pergolas. 50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
