This spectacular, luxury, Quadra Island oceanfront vacation home is the ultimate getaway for the connoisseur. Highest quality, elegant, and comfortable, this home is truly a destination unto itself. The wrap-around deck extends over the massive rock wall of the beach. The 60 foot dock makes access easy for arrival by private boat or float plane. Your personal fishing guide can pick you up right at the dock. Painters lodge is a 5 minute walk and has an amazing full day spa and a bar and great restaurant. You can catch the ferry shuttle to Painters lodge for a great bar and restaurant.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Diners Club
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 5 years old.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 35.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
