Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 300 will apply. A fee of 50 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
