View an abundance of marine life including blue herons, bald eagles, seals and many other species. Combined with the adjoining resort we have over 210 feet of secluded beachfront.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Sand Bar Cave, Henry's Kitchen and The Crown and Anchor Pub are just south of the home. Approximately 15 minutes north is the Fanny Bay Inn which is a heritage pub style restaurant.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
Any alteration to your reservation within 45days prior to my arrival will result in the forfeiture of my deposit. All reservations are subject to a 20% administration fee of the deposit.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
