• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Distance to local shopping 100 metres. 5 minute walk to the local grocery store, movie rental, gift shop, coffee shop and a restaurant. The larger shopping area of Qualicum is a 15 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. The Pacific Ocean is at your doorstep!
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
If you cancel any time the deposit is not refunded. If you move to another date within a year it is 100% credited, minus a $50. filing fee.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50. will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
