Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
