    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
