The Chateau Frontenac is the most photographed building in all of North America! There is a reason for that, it's one of the most Incredible buildings I’ve ever seen! It’s magical! We have, without question, the best view of the Chateau Frontenac. Standing outside on our 30 foot balcony at night, with the glow from the lights of the Chateau Frontenac is a moment you will never forget! Because you’re sitting over the St. Lawrence River, one of the the greatest rivers in Canada, you may actually see the Queen Mary II pass by!

Quebec City is known for its breathtaking views, pleasant citizens, and an abundance of both Summer and Winter activities. If you can not afford that trip to Europe, Quebec City is, without question, the next best thing! In fact, we believe, in so many ways it’s even better.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). It's a five minute walk to the Ferry and an 8 minute Ferry to Old Town Quebec City! As soon as you get off of the ferry and cross the street you will enter Place Royale. Shopping & Dining up and down, the Petit Champlain is a very Quebec experience. Fun shops, very touristy! But you're on vacation, so that is part of the fun.

• Nearby Attractions: Although Quebec City is 400 years old, it seems as though it was created to be a town for tourists. There is so much to do that we can not even begin to describe to you! Do a web search on attractions for Quebec City and you will be amazed at how easily you can fill up your vacation with amazing, once in a lifetime experiences and activities!

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
