20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 60CDN$.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
