A deposit of 25% of the total stay price is required on booking. Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 30 days of your stay will incur a loss of deposit. Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your credit card.

• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: Available on request.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
