This is our own vacation home so we have everything here that we would want for our own cooking pleasure. We also provide the basis condiments, and many additional spices, we love to cook here! The fresh fruits, vegetables and fish will make intimate dining at the villa a treat.
For you convenience we provide complimentary first morning breakfast supplies, including also fresh tropical fruits and wine/beer!

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Count on deep, dreamy sleeps in your orthopedic queen-size canopy bed, fitted with ultra-luxurious 600-thread-count Italian bed linens.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
THE VILLA has one of the most breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and the local mountains in all of Manuel Antonio/Quepos. Our past guests say that the photos on our website do not do the us justice, come see for yourselves! Bring your camera for those awesome sunsets, and dine on your private terrace as the sun is setting over the Pacific Ocean. You can also swim into the horizon of the ocean from the vantage point in your own private infinity edge pool! This villa was voted the "most romantic" villa rental out of 95,000 vacation rentals around the world.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Direct Bank Deposit
Damage Deposit of $500 will be refunded within 7 days of departure.

- No smoking is allowed.
- No children are allowed under 18 years old.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
