    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance (500 meters) from the villa. Quepos is 3 km by car where many gift shops and restaurants also exist. Quepos is also accessible by taxi and bus.
    • Beach is located within a 15 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach may be accessed by walking (20-30 minutes), by car, by bus or by taxi. The drive is 5 minutes. There is ample parking at the beach, with restaurants and vendors on location. Manuel Antonio National Park provides 3 excellent beaches for swimming and sunning. Just outside of the park is a 2-mile long white sand beach for swimming, surfing and sunning.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
