The kitchen is a chefs dream. All granite counter tops with plenty of room for food prep and serving. Lots of pantry space for groceries. Place settings for 8 including glass ware and matching cutlery. Many nice serving platters and bowels.
Dishes and glasses for pool side as well.There is a barbq' outside the kitchen door for barbq' your catch of the day. There are 3 different places to dine.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Cot (sleeps 1). This Master Suite has its own en suite with large shower, lovely porcelain sink and private toilet room. This room is all high end ceramic tiles and well vented. The bedroom opens out onto the main deck area which views Manuel Antonio National Park and the Pool. The cot in this room is optional and has 6" high density foam for an extra person or child. There are built in cedar, heated closets and luggage racks. This room is air conditioned.
1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom has its own private en suite. It has high end finishings like the whole house. The single bed is a "reading bed " with 6" high density foam... the view from this bed is into the jungle... with french windows that open to the jungle. There are cedar french doors opening out to the main living area. This room has built in cedar, heated closets and plenty of storage under the reading bed, which is also heated. This is important in the tropics as it is 100% humidity here. All the walls are acrylic stucco which prohibits molds.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 4 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The view from Brooks Hacienda is down the Manuel Antonio National Park corridor towards the ocean. The house faces south and there is lots of sun on the pool. There are also many shaded areas for those who like to relax in the shade with a good book. While relaxing in the home or by the pool or on one of the many decks, you will enjoy the monkey visits. We have 3 kinds of Monkeys living close in the jungle. For those who enjoy bird watching, it is a paradise. The grounds are well kept and planted with tropical plants. There is plenty of wide open space around the home, giving the animals freedom to come close, but not too close. We kindly alert our clients that it is not advised to feed the monkeys.
• Quepos Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. Quepos has 2 airlines that service it. Sansa and Nature Air.. Both airlines take bookings on line. From San Jose it is a 25 minute flight.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. If flying in a small plane does not suit you or your flight arrives in SJO too late to catch a connecting flight to Quepos, you can come by Interbus. It is a 3.5 hour drive from the city. There is also the option of a private driver which we would be happy to connect you with. This fee is 150.00 USD one way for us to 6 persons. He needs to be booked in advance as all other modes of transportation to the beach
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Manuel Antonio is built on a hill... most of the better accommodations are on the hill and the restaurants as well. It is advisable to rent a car to access the shopping and restaurants.
• Ocean is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The Beach of Manuel Antonio is one you can spend many hours on doing many things.You can rent lounge chairs there but bring your own beach towels. A tour guide will come to the home and describe tours and book these for you. Upon booking she will send you a list of the tours so you can get an idea as to what to do upon arrival. There are many things to do for tourists in this immediate area... but make sure you save lots of time for poolside at your beautiful casa.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

We have a US Bank account with Scotia Bank in Canada and will take direct bank deposits.If you are depositing from another country... we will pay 1/2 of the wire transfer. This money will come off the final payment.
We are in the process of setting up Pay Pal for an easier method.

• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
