Washer/Dryer on premises, but, if you would rather the maid do the laundry, kindly just negotiate with her to do it after she finishes her regular duties. Brand-new swimming pool (2004) with infinity edge, overlooking a breathtaking view of the ocean and the twinkling lights of the town of Quepos. The pool deck has lounge chairs, hammock.

3 hours drive from San Jose Airport.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Although you CAN walk into the town of Quepos, the return trip is up a steep hill. Alternatively the better dining and tourist spots are accessible by car, less than a 10 minute drive.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. All beaches less than 10 minutes away by car. This is a hilly area of the Pacific and rental car is essential.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
