It is preferred if this unit is rented only if the 3 bedroom (ID 89002) has already been rented.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom and bathroom are on a split level . AC in the bedroom . This unit is very quiet and private . We always use high quality 360 thread count linens and towels .

Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

We are just up the hill overlooking the new marina Pez Vela . We have a partial ocean view from the 1 bedroom on the main floor. We have also put up just recently a gazebo on the top part of the property that enjoys a spectacular ocean view of about 5 miles of coast line. This is a great place just to get away from everyone, have a happy hour, or read a book. The only interruptions you may have here are the monkeys passing overhead or the sounds of the hundreds of birds we have on the property.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• Quepos Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. There are 8 shuttle flights daily from the capital (San Jose) cost is $52.00 one way. Flight time is 20 minutes. Driving time from the international airport is 3 hours.
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. There are buses that leave every 30 minutes from town going to the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and beaches.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). We have several fine dining experiences in town, just a 5-6 minute walk away. There are shops and multiple services in town. 3 pharmacies, 3 grocery stores, travel agencies, a casino only 4 blocks from our gate and a new multi million dollar marina is about to open up in 2008. This is just 2 blocks from our front gate.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Manuel Antonio national park has some of the finest beaches in the country. This is also a mecca for sport fishermen and we will soon have a 300 slip marina operating just 2 blocks from our front gate. There are loads of eco friendly attractions for families. We are here on site to guide you in the right direction and help you set up your activity planning.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of .
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
