1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). This room design was inspired by a lodge at Murchisson Falls in Uganda on a trip to photograph mountain gorillas. Comfortable Window Seat has ocean and jungle views, provides extra seating as a couch or can sleep an additional person. French doors open onto an expansive terrace with a Morrocan tiled table overlooking the infinity pool and ocean beyond. From this special vantage point you get a bird's eye view of endangered red-backed Squirrel monkeys when they nest for the night in the adjacent palm tree.
1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). Curtains up or down, this 2nd story bedroom offers 260 degree views of jungle and sea, or complete privacy. Comfortable window seat sleeps an additional person or may be used as a couch for extra seating.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This Apartment-style bedroom has a kitchenette, coffeemaker, refrigerator, and a private bathroom with a custom hand painted "African Women" sink. Its interior and exterior entrances provide extra privacy and can be closed off from the rest of the house. French doors opens onto a small patio with a Morrocan tiled table where you can sit and appreciate the garden while sipping a morning cup of delicious Costa Rican coffee or your evening cocktail.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The north view from the Great Room and kitchen is the pool and ocean. The south view is a Japanese garden at the primary entrance. The southeast view is a bench lined garden beneath a tree. The west view is rainforest. The northeast view is the neighbor in our private two home enclosed community.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

$500 deposit due in cash upon arrival or may be included with balance.

- No smoking is allowed.
- No children are allowed under 17 years old.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
