    Great view of the water and the wonderful sunsets, very private front unit with a private porch to enjoy sunsets or bird watching. On a moonlit night you see the reflections on the water. This is a very private unit Great for a honeymoon or just to go to a Special Place. This unit has lots of quality details and is a wood lovers delight. Each room has a different exotic hardwood. It feel so smooth and warm in your stocking feet.

    There is a DVD and VHS player, lots of quality pots and pans for cooking. You can book tours at the front desk with Cecelia who speaks English and Spanish. There is ice available in the lobby as well as a selection of personal items. This unit has a TV in the master bedroom and in the living room. Located in a quiet area, you can do as much or as little as you want, relax and stay around or set up tours every day or go the short taxi drive to Quepos.

    • Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Unit has a partial river view. Beach is across the river, can be crossed by boat at high tide, other beaches 10 minutes by car. Swimming pool on property.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (21 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union
    A Credit Card fee of $15.00 may apply.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 12 years old.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
