Water cooler with cold and boiling water as cabin is on well water.There is a freezer in the basement in laundry room with extra space if needed.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

Beautiful view off the deck of lake and surrounding mountains. Cabin is 6 km up a well gravelled road in the mountains.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 45 minute drive to Merritt, 30 minute drive to Quilchena and approx. 45 min. drive to Kamloops.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock. Beautiful view off the deck, cabin is approx. 200 meters from lake front. Must bring your own boat, only allow up 10 HP motors. No live bait or ice fishing allowed.Canoe available with lifejackets-4 adult and 2 childrens. Two docks at each end of resort. People swim off of the dock.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
Rental check and damage deposit will be cashed 2 weeks prior to arrival.If cleaning requirements are not met it will be deducted from security deposit.If any belongings are missing or destroyed or any damage to property it will also be deducted from security deposit.Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after inspection of cabin.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
